The aim of New Zealand Society for Viticulture and Oenology is the promotion and dissemination of technical information in viticulture, oenology and related sciences for the benefits of the grape and wine industries of New Zealand.
Riversun is proudly supporting this year’s NZSVO 2016 Sauvignon Blanc workshop, the latest in their series of annual technical workshops. The workshop will be held on Sunday the 31st of January and the morning of Monday the 1st of February.
This workshop will examine the various influences that contribute to the complexity of this variety and where we are at and how we can further improve wines made from this variety.
The workshop is targeted at grape growers, wine makers, other wine professionals and sommeliers with an interest in Sauvignon Blanc. It is anticipated that there will be a number of overseas delegates present who will also be attending the International Sauvignon Blanc Celebration, which commences on the Monday afternoon following the completion of the NZSVO workshop.
